Join us for our Annual Member Winter Potluck. Bring a side or dessert, we will supply the chicken! Afterward, we will have a featured presentation from members recently returned from the Monarch overwintering sites in Mexico with a discussion of their experiences and observations. Time permitting, other
members may also share a few of their favorite lepidoptera-related photos
(bring a flashdrive--limit 5, please).

We will have boutique items too!

The Butterfly Society of Virginia is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our main purpose is to raise the general consciousness of our members and the public regarding the survival problems of butterflies and moths through publicity, programs and activities for both adults and children. We also promote butterfly and moth conservation, including conservation of butterfly habitats.
